Weather-Induced Cancellation Policy

Our Commitment to Weather Safety

For us, safety comes first. If the captain, certified by us, decides that the weather conditions are too dangerous for shipping, we offer several alternatives:

  • Full Refund: Granted when rescheduling isn't possible
  • Rescheduling: Shift your charter to a subsequent available slot at no extra fee
  • Charter Credit: Acquire a credit that is valid for one year from the date of the original charter

Process for Weather Evaluation

We carry out a weather assessment that includes:

  • Evaluating wind speed and trajectory
  • Assessing wave magnitude and marine conditions
  • Checking visibility and predicting rainfall
  • Noting advisories and cautions issued by the Coast Guard
  • Making a professional safety judgement by the captain

Notification Period: Decisions regarding weather-related cancellations are taken at most 4 hours before the planned departure time.
