Each charter comes with a skilled crew, safety gear, fuel, and standard refreshments. The exact inclusions differ by charter type — for instance, sunset outings offer upscale snacks and beverages, while corporate rentals provide meeting facilities and professional catering options.
When should I make a reservation?
To secure your spot, we advise booking 2–3 weeks beforehand, or 4–6 weeks in advance for private events and corporate gatherings, particularly during our busy season from May to September. This allows for greater availability and customization time.
What if the weather turns bad?
We prioritize safety. Should our captain declare unfavorable weather conditions, we'll suggest an alternative date or issue a full refund. We closely monitor the forecast and will inform you if the weather is concerning 24 hours before your departure.
May I bring my own food and drinks?
Certainly, feel free to bring your own food and non-alcoholic beverages. Alternatively, we can arrange custom catering for you. Note that for safety reasons, glass containers are not allowed onboard.
Is the yacht accessible for those with physical disabilities?
We aim to serve all our guests. Our fleet includes yachts with varying levels of accessibility. To ensure we accommodate you appropriately, please discuss your requirements with us upon booking, and we'll suggest the most appropriate vessel and make necessary arrangements.
What is the cancellation policy?
For cancellations made more than 72 hours prior, a full reimbursement is provided. A 50% refund is given for cancellations occurring between 24 to 72 hours before departure. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before boarding cannot be refunded, unless they're due to unsafe weather or mechanical failures on our part.
